Energy is everything
Our bodies are made up of matter and within this matter there are protons, neutrons and electrons. What holds this matter all together is ENERGY. If everything is made up of matter, then everything contains energy. Now take a moment to think about this, we contain energy within us, our actions are created from the energy (we have within us) and we also use our energy to speak the words we speak. Our thoughts come from our mind and our mind uses 20% of our bodies energy. So isn’t it safe to say, that energy is everything?
I came across a youtube video the other day that was very interesting on the topic of energy. What we think, say and do creates a certain energetic frequency that is put out into the world. These actions, thoughts and wordage effect our reality because we are spewing this energetic frequency into our environment that we reside in. I strongly believe that what you ask the universe, you will get back one way or another but we have to be careful of how we phrase what we want. For example, for so long I have asked the universe for financial stability but the whole time I was telling people I was broke! Now does that make sense? How could I have financial stability if I am already telling myself that I have no money? So I started rephrasing the way I say certain things and I have seen a significant change. I still have that financial stress and I am sure its because of my childhood however, the first step is to catch yourself from saying these negative judgements. Now this isn’t only about money, this could be about anything. For so long, I went on thinking I wasn’t good enough at anything I did. I ended up not getting the lead part in the play, not making the high school soccer team my junior year, not landing a few job opportunities that I thought were perfect for me. All because my thoughts believed it so much, it came true. However, this past summer I did a lot of healing on myself and realized that I am amazing! I could do anything I put my mind to, and just a month ago I started my business and its been doing well. I changed the way I thought and the universe replied. Now, Im not saying that if you only change your thoughts that a business will come to you, but, what I am saying is that once you change your thoughts your actions will follow and your reality will change in the direction you want it to.
So another thing that this video explained which I thought was extremely fascinating, was that every emotion has a certain frequency. Currently the average world is radiating at a frequency of 200-300 hz and the frequency of Love is 528hz. They say that if someone radiates at the frequency of love they can effect the environment around them. Lets get a little more specific, they can effect 750,000 people by radiating this kind of frequency. Imagine if even half the world radiated at this frequency?! I do not believe that most of the issues going on in the world today would even be happening right now if we did. So this is what I believe is my mission. My mission is to get to that frequency of love and to share it with everyone and anyone I come in contact with. I believe that Love is the key to happiness and I think that the world needs our love more than ever!
